Sunnyside Mobile Home Park Rentals

A nice and quiet place to live with reasonable rental rates and also pet friendly. The landlord is a very friendly and respectful person to work with. He does a good job of making sure that he addresses any issues that may arise. He is a very understanding landlord and works well with his tenants.

On March 28, 2016 I put a security deposit and first months rent as well as $25.00 application fee on a trailer in Sunnyside Mobile Home Park. My total came to $670.00. After waiting for a trailer for a month or so I had to eventually find other living arrangements. I never moved in. I have asked for my money back by phone, in person and by mail and was told at first I would have my money back by 30 days (I do understand I cannot get my application fee back). Today I get a call from Vicki Beacham telling me I will not be receiving any of my money back. I spoke with the owner awhile back and he informed me that Vicki Beacham handles his finances and she is the only one who can give me my money back. Vicki Beacham also told me I will have my money back within 30 days if not less and now she's saying I will not be getting any back. Myself and my unborn child have also been threatened by one of Vicki Beacham's family members.

This mobile home park is run by a slumlord named Joseph. The trailers are not up to building code, there is a serious pest problem, and don't even bother calling maintenance, because they won't come. Joseph hires crack heads and other drug addicts to do the maintenance and lawn care (which is a joke, or grass was cut only one time this year). Our electrical outlets were all burned and severely outdated, causing a fire hazard. Joseph refused to replace them,so we had to do it ourselves to avoid setting the place on fire. It was basically a nightmare living there. Lots of shady characters. Joseph obviously doesn't care about the property or his tenants. The ultra cheap rent may seem worth it, but the extra you have to pay for utilities sure to the lack of insulation and weather stripping around the doors and windows makes it more expensive to live here. If you value your comfort and safety at home, stay away from this park!

Only 2 words to describe the landlord SLUM LORD. Worst place to have to deal with especially with a LAZY landlord that does not care about his tenants. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will post more comments like this on FaceBook, Twitter, Yahoo, Google, and You Tube.

I have stayed at Sunnyside Mobile Home Park Rentals for the past 2 years. It is a nice place to stay at compared to other places. They take care of the place well. I would recommend it!
