As for the deck itself, it deserves a 5. However, the customer service followup is lacking in a huge way. We paid in full $11,500.00 in cash for Ron Bell to complete this project. After the deck was completed and we received the first rain we noticed a few leaks. 3 gutters were taken off of that side of our house and only one gutter was replaced. Therefore, causing the rain water to pour over the side that did not have a gutter replaced on it. Point being that he never returns your calls or shows up when he says he's going to. I don't feel that after paying this kind of money, the customer should not have to chase the owner of the company to complete the job. I lost count of how many times we called. Now I have to hire and pay someone else to fix the problems. This is no customer service at all. Go take some classes on customer service skills, you won't be in business long if you continue to operate this way. I will never recommend them to my neighbors or any one else for that matter.
