Pine Dentistry

I had an Appointment with my 2 kids. One of the appointments was at 1:45pm, the other one at 2pm. I got to the be seen with the first kid at 3:40pm and kid #2 didnt get the chance to be seen. This was the 3rd time this Happen to us. Im very dissapointed. I asked the front desk for the Kids Records and one of them was laughing at me ! She has no Respect for the Patients at all !

I visit last week and never coming back! waited a long time for my appointment i dont know why people say good thing about this place. everything is broken. found a better dentist today!

It was a great trip. The dentist did a amazing job in a short amount of time. I recommend everyone to come.

I really liked it today. Ana did a good job , she's really sweet and nice, the place is clean and very welcoming

Above and beyond the call of duty customer service was provided by Jocelin. I love the location and the playground needs improvement.

Doctor was very friendly and great with my son! He explained everything beforehand, and was super patient and gentle!

Yesterday my daughter have her 6 months check up I was really happy with the service Kelly did a very good job :D and Ana was so great teaching oral hygiene ! Definitely I recommend Kool Smiles for your kids:D

I took my son today and the 22 ladies at the front desk (Emily and Jocelin) attended us politely and quickly. They were efficient and had a good attitude. Once my son went inside he quickly came out as well. Overall had a good experience at Kool Smiles that is why I take my son there all the time! Great job! Wonderful staff!

Ana was very efficient and polite. She is always smiling and answered all my questions. She is great with kids.

The x-rays and pictures were very quick, and the wait didn't talk a long time too. Ana was good at the pictures and was very thoughtful.

Was helped very quickly. It was obvious my sister was in good hands with her dentist. Great staff. Very kind and helpful.

My experience in kool smiles was very good.My dentist assiant Ana was very nice to me . My orthodontist was very nice as well
