        Not Recommended AT ALL! This place might as well be a shelter for your pet while you're away! If you love and care for your pet, FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO TAKE THEM! They're is very little love and/or personal attention for your animals!

        Happy Customer!

        I have used this kennel many times and would highly recommend them. The facility is state-of-the-art! It is very clean, and a welcoming environment for pets. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is especially convenient that they pick-up and deliver the dogs. My dog always comes home clean and happy!

        Rude Owner and poor communication

        Very sterile environment; pets sleep on plastic skids and outdoor runs consist of large, bulky rocks. My pet also came home very hoarse, pink dye stains on her white fur and a small sore on her stomach. Poor communication and inability to explain fees. When I called and requested clarification, they were unable to assist me while on the phone and failed to call back. They issued a refund check for the fee in question, and the owner attached a note that said, "thanks - now we won't have to listen to you complain any more!!!". I only made 3 phone calls. Very unprofessional and insulting.
