Made an appointment, showed up on time, the “designer” was not prepared to see us and we were told to browse the showroom until they were ready. I was ok with this. We were greeted 25 minutes later by someone who immediately started asking questions about our budget and trying to qualify us as customers. Rubbed me the wrong way but I went with it. Explained that I was a contractor for 20 years, have a cabinet shop but looking for an inexpensive kitchen for a flip house. “Designer” continued to try to explain why the price for the size kitchen we wanted would be nowhere near the prices they advertise online. Also gave his own opinion of the poor advertising practices of the business and how they were misleading. After almost an hour I walked out furious and without ever once being sat in an office to design our kitchen the way the appointment was described prior to our arrival. This company is selling cheap knock down cabinets at standard prices! Don’t be fooled by their advertising gimmicks! Go custom or go to a box store! This place is GARBAGE!

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! The designer I dealt with was very nice but she dressed inappropriately for a "professional" atmosphere. The original design of the kitchen was nice but once they ordered the parts, I was told that certain cabinets were "back ordered". EIGHT weeks later, we finally received our cabinets and to my surprise, they were DAMAGED. Not just a tiny scratch - dents and several scratches on the face of the cabinets. When I called their customer service, I spoke to a woman Tyesha. She was extremely rude and kept giving me the company line. After weeks of getting the run around, I spoke with her manager, Chuck. Together we came to a fair agreement. If it wasn't for Chuck and his excellent customer service, I would have reported this company to the BBB.

All in all, I found out a few things about the company:
1-ALL of their cabinets are imported from China. Yes, you may feel that you are getting a great price on the kitchen but you get what you pay for.
2-Besides Chuck, they do not have any other managers on duty. I was advised that he reports directly to the owners of the company.
3-All other customer service representatives aren't customer service orientated at all.

I will finish with this, remodeling your kitchen is an investment in your home - do it right, not cheap. The cabinets may look nice on the outside but the quality is poor.

Thanks again to everyone at WFC! Great product and it was terrific to be able to get the granite, porcelain tile for backsplash, and beautiful, molding all from one place.

So far everything has gone as scheduled and we are very satisfied with the total experience. Even the proposed completion date was right on and delivery could not have been faster. Delivery personal were very polite and knew there job and did it well. Maria was awesome and always kept us up to date on the order. Will most definitely recommend your cabinets to friends and family!

Follow up from my pre purchase of a detail...so I finally went back and even though My truck looked great! Everything inside was cleaned as promised. Nothing was missing

Renovating our kitchen was quite an experience. It was our first time doing such a big renovation so we were not fully sure of what was to come. My wife and I worked with one of the designers named Ted. Guy had alot of experience and pointed out a bunch of functionality issues with the design we got from the HD. They had a person in there support department that held our hand throughout the process. We were a bit concerned that the cabinets were going to be delayed due to a damage that came in but they were able to overnight a replacement part for us and everything happened as scheduled. End of the day, were really glad we went with them. It was a great experience for a first time renovator. Not sure how it would have gone without their hand holding.

I have to say, I visited many cabinet places in North NJ and was very impressed with the Fairfield location. We were warmly greeted and our two small children were entertained by snacks and a TV while my wife and I chose cabinets. Jennifer was fantastic as a designer and with communication. She also knew everything about the products. From start to finish it was a pleasure! The business is totally professional from the billing ( all electronic ) to the follow up. Jennifer set us up with very competitive pricing and a fabulous design. Even after we were finished, they replaced any defective parts with no question.( Thanks to Jessica ) Also, the delivery team was very professional and courteous. All cabinets arrived safe and unharmed and fit to plan which is huge when you have a contractor there waiting to install.
