Fair Oaks Mall

Hate this place. We have arrived at 12:50 pm on an appointment for 1 Pm. they told me they need my wife's ID , I drove home and got it which took me 10 min. I live very close. They told us to come with full bladder and guess what without telling us they rescheduled us to 2:30. We have a baby 8 month old after waiting for more than our, baby started getting uncomfortable, it was 2:45 when I asked the lady when are they gonna see us because she wants to go to bathroom. They said go empty it half way.I got really angry after that , how an you empty it half way you must be kidding me. The worst experience ever. We where there 6-7 times before not because it is good place is just very close to hour home. No we have to find new place to go. I hate them, I have one off day a week and they wasted my time , ruined my and my wife's mood which after going home we argued . Stuff are rude as usual , the only reason going there was close to my home.

This phone system is annoying. Another business that is in love with electronic devices rather than hiring a human being to answer the phone. There are way too many prompts, when you hit "O" it does not take you to the mall office, but to the security office, to a woman who didn't have a clue. Finally I got to the mall office, then went to another man who didn't know squat. A complete waste of 15 minutes of my life.
