Lamps Plus

Large selection with good service. I was looking for a specific sized lamp shade for an antique lamp and although I couldn't find it there, they were able to direct me on where to go.

It's a nightmare dealing with this store. I bought a chandelier and they delivered it after 2 weeks and they scheduled an installation a week after. When the installer came, he's asking for additional payment which is more than twice the agreed installation fee. I insisted that $110 was the agreed fee that i have to pay. I was expecting that the chandelier will be installed and be used just in time for the thanksgiving, but the BRAND NEW chandelier is not working and the installer said that i need to call their manager to order sone spare parts, in short i ended up with a dark living room for the holidays as they already take down my old chandelier..

I went in and was amazed at the selection of fans, overhead lights, and lamps available. I only needed some chimneys for a couple of antique lamps, which unfortunately they did not have. However, the clerk wrote down a supplier who should be able to fill our requirement.

I went here recently with my wife. It's all organized by standard, classic, modern, contemporary, and let me tell you, the choices are endless. If you love chandeliers, there are some absolutely gorgeous ones in there, or if you like more basic, they have tons of selections for that as well. On top of offering ceiling lights, there are also lamps, bathroom lights, kitchen lights, outdoor lights, patio lights, LIGHTS, LIGHTS, LIGHTS! When we found the light we wanted, Rich came back into the picture, helped us check out, offered us their free membership program which gives us an extended one year warranty package, and we were on our way! Quick, and absolutely painless!

Their selection is amazing! Everyone I've needed lighting, this is my store! Everyone is so helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me the first time-she is why I came back! The prices are competitive.

Went there to get outdoor lights and the fist ones I got didn't work with our wiring, came back in and Chris helped me. Took my return, no problem, spoke with my contractor on the phone then was able to help me pick out the lighting that would work best with my electrical setup!! I'll be back! Thanks Chris!

Huge selection of lighting for your home. They have everything from sconces to chandeliers in many price range. They also have a big selection on line.

I give this store 3 stars because I can't figure out how to find a good lamp with so many jammed in the store. Choosing lighting is so hard and this place is cluttered and hot from all of the lights. I didn't like it, but I can't say the selection isn't good....so therefore, they get 3 stars.

Great chairs and lamps. Bob was very helpful comparing chairs and researching the sofa we wanted. Nice quality and easy to assemble. Made in China of course.
