In less than 24 hours at your facility you neglected to do anything that the doctor order. Using a cream on his wounds that burnt his skin, refusing pain medication and not administering any of his other meds. I tried to find a nurse and everyone was outside smoking the doctor called to find out why you weren't following instructions and was hung up on twice. Everyone was so nice when I was there but as soon as I left he was ignored. What you failed to realize is that he was going to tell me how he was treated and that I refuse to stand for that. NO ONE should ever be treated like that especially when they are placed in your facility and their families depend on you for the care they need. I will promise you one thing I will make sure that everyone knows what kind of vare you offer and will be contacting the state.

My mother recovered here after her hip surgery. The staff were so helpful and the therapy really got her up and going in a professional but caring manner. We liked the large private room that she had in their small rehab area. This area was completely separated from the main facility so she didn't feel like an "old person". It was a good experience for her and us overall and we would definitely go there again if she needs this type of care.

We had almost forgotten about this small little facility just North of Liberty Hospital until we remembered that my husband's aunt was there a couple of years ago. She had a terminal illness and the family could not care for her at home. We remembered the warm and always friendly approach that took in caring for our aunt and finding little things that she would enjoy. Her passing was made easier for husband's family because of the accommodations that were made for them. They were even allowed to bring in her beloved dog for brief visits and they made it possible for her to enjoys a warm spring day on their patio even though it took a lot of effort on their part.
