Miller Radiator Shop

This place they have rude customer service, the lady at the front desk has a rude attitude’s ....... i dealt with Miller Muffler to replace my catalic converter with the original California catalic converter....... After I made my payment and left I went to several mufflers shop to check if they replace my converter with the original one.... Sadly, I found that they replaced it with regular converter that was not worth even close to what I paid…I spoke with the owner about it he had VERY rude attitude…I do not trust these people there…they can promise anything and do the worse for your car…they will make you lose your money for nothing while they make you think that you have the original parts, and perfect job!!! You will lose your money for nothing that’s simply has it is at Muller Muffler …I need to fix my car again after that worst experience I had with this peopled there……..

I have been going here for 6+ years, they have always fixed the problem, with honesty. Their customer service is great and they can fix anything. They always explain what they found and how it can be fixed in terms that I understand. Thanks Beverly and Evan.

I have gone thru my fair share of repair shops before finding one that I was comfortable taking my vehicles to. It is nice being able to speak with the owner/operator of a business about the issues that I was having with my vehicles. Every time I bring my vehicles in for work I fell like I get Quality work done at an affordable price and believe me, I am a PRICE shopper. I have had everything done from minor repairs to aftermarket exhaust to engine swaps at Miller. Every time it has been a quick hassle free process. Even when they ran into a minor problem (which will happen with auto repair) the lady at the front desk always kept in communication with me. After I had several repairs done on my personal vehicles with no issues or complaints I started having Miller do all the service on my company vehicles. I would recommend this family owned and operated shop to any person looking for quality auto service.

I had some SLP exhaust put on here for my Mustang. Didnt take to long to do and i was happy when I first drove off, But not even 30 minutes later i was driving down the highway and the passenger side exhaust came off just above the axle! managed to pick it up off the highway and take it back to the shop (the chrome tip was SCRATHED DEEP AND BAD). They reattached the pipe and did nothing to try to fix the pipe. My wife tried to talk to one of the owners about it and the other owner (Chris) jumped up and got rude and mouthy with her. He stated that he will back his guys 100% before he will back anything the customer brings in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!
