Captain Joe's Crabhouse

We got a dozen steamed crabs (mediums $38). We called around to several places in the area and this was the going rate, if they had crabs at all. Every crab was full, hard, and packed with nice yellow "mustard". Great job sorting the crabs given the dead loss and the size of the crabs that come up from down south this time of year. The season was great too. I like Old Bay on some things, but not my crabs. There are several other seasonings that go better with steamed crabs, and Captain Joe's seems to have found one. Great job! One suggestion, beef up the bit of paper that you sell for a buck....lol
