Very family orientated company. All the family members did the work, very friendly.

I saw one of thier trucks at an insection at lunch. I rolled down my window and asked if he wanted to look at my house. He said yes, but he had an appointment down the street. He said he could swing by after and took my adress. He started to laugh and asked if I knew the Taylor's. Long story short, he looked at my neighbor's house then walked across the street to mine. Both houses were done on Monday. Everything went as planned and my wife got a warmer house. I am not one to write a review, but just had to share my experiance.

They came out on the day before Christmas to put in insulation. That is service!

They were the only company that was honest enough to tell me the truth about the rebate money being exhausted in my area. They actually called Recharge Colorado for me right there and spoke with a representative. They installed my new insulation without issue. I am very happy with the experience as a whole. I referred them to my neighbors who also have since called them. Thank you to the whole team!

After several companies came out and laid their pitches on us we called Rocky Mountain Insulation. I recieved a call back from one of their estimators. He said he could not come out until the next day. We met on Friday and he educated me on what was needed, what was not needed. I had a good feeling so I asked them to schedule my job. I was told they could not get to us for a few days. The day came and they arrived. The supervisor showed me what they were doing before doing it. They installed my insulation, cleaned up and left. I recieved a call several hours later from their QC dept and asked if he could stop by to check on the job. I said SURE! Ray arrived, explained what he was looking at and looking for. He showed me the "rulers" they installed and that the insulation was at the correct height. This must be why they are so busy, with quality like this they are worth the call.
