W & W Millenium Dermatology Inc

I'm the victim from the wage thief, I used to work at W W Millennium Dermatology, it owned by Huachen Wei and Yan Wei. They have medical offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Elmhurst and Flushing. Huachen Wei even launched his own skincare product but they don't pay employees on time and use all kind of reasons to cut the wage, when employee wants to resign the job, if they don't submit resign letter prior to the resignation in 14 days, they will charge the employee $50 per day as punishment.



Huachen Wei is a well-known dermatologist in New York City, especially Chinese community.



Dr. Wei and Dr. Wang discharged me last year in July with unpaid wages and ignored my complaint.



After a long waiting period for the NY Department Of Labor's investigation, I just got a mail from the New York State Department of Labor, they just finished investigation, and informed me there will be a few months to wait for the order to get my wages. I also noticed Huachen Wei and Yan Wang not only owed me wages but also owed the other employees, included the current employees and the formal employees.



I got the justice from New York State Department Of Labor, but where is my wage?



I wish we can do something to make the law to protect the labors in a better way. I only have a little hope to get my unpaid wages but we need to stop the "Wage Thief"
