West Walk-In Medical Center

This place is a joke! I'm not sure how it's not been shut down yet by the state. It's filthy and unclean for starters. The receptions are rude and seem to be annoyed when I asked then any questions. I had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor, who barely spoke any English. She asked if "I was sick" and I said "no, but that I believed I had a uti and needed antibiotics." I had also told her that I was experiencing a lot of pain whenever I urinated and she nodded her head and walked out of the room. I waited another 40 minutes for her to return...I thought I had been forgotten and had opened my door so they'd see me in there when they walked by. I though a nurse or someone would come in and ask me to pee in a cup but 40 minutes later, the doctor returned with two prescriptions! One for an antibiotic...I guess she was just going to "take my word" that I did indeed have a uti and another prescription for percocets!!! PERCOCETS....WHAT!?!? My arm wasn't falling off, I had a UTI!?! I said "isn't this a narcotic medication? Do you think I really need to take this?" She nodded and mumbled "yes, every 4/6 hours." ARE YOU KIDDING?

This place is a JOKE folks...I just walked out of there in total shock that a place like this is legitimately able to operate this way. UNbelievable!!! Stay away!! So scary!!!

NEVER GO THERE!!! I went there for a school physical and she made me wait for hours and then came in and asked me if i was sick, didn't give me a physical or anything and walked out and made me wait another 45 minutes. when she came back she handed me the filled out form for the physical! i didn't get a freakin physical! and on top of it she only takes CASH she won't take any other form of payment. just don't waste your time or money going to this place.
