will do everything they can to make repairs at minimum cost. will call and inform you what's wrong and explain it in a manner you understand; not like other places who try to make it overly complicated hoping you just throw your hands up and say "just fix it." they also ask if you want to do the work and not just do things and stick you with a bill far larger than you planned for. they also stand behind their work.

Everytime I went to them to have our car's oil change something on the car would tear up. And when we would take the car to them to have it fixed about 2 weeks to a month something else would tear up. In just 2 months time we paid out over $1000.00 for car repairs to Harold lewis auto service and the car is still needs repair. Don't take your car to these people.
