Best portraits

Do I even have to give them 1 star?! I don't even know where to start with these people. I had lost the order form to my daughter's school pictures and called them to make an order without. What seemingly started out as a very pleasant experience with them quickly soured. After receiving her pictures home from school, I noticed the pictures ordered where not what I told them I wanted. So I called/emailed them within a week expressing that their was a problem. My calls went unanswered and emails ignored for almost a month! Finally, I got someone on the phone (actually two different ladies, one on the phone and one loud lady in the background, whom I could hear every word she was saying) who then called me a liar saying I ordered the wrong prints. So frustrated with all the drama and trying to save myself any more stress I offered to just buy the correct prints needed to complete my order. After being called a liar several more times and shouting over top of me, I decided to end the phone call. I was picking up my daughter from school and didn't want to be in such a debated phone call while driving nor in front of her so I told whoever I was speaking to that i needed to go and we would have to finish this later. Not minutes later, I got a call from a different number, immediately getting rude with me and shouting over top of me, after i just explained i was driving home and it was not a good time to talk. I'm so aggravated with this whole situation. It's no wonder they have such terrible reviews on here. If I have the choice I will NEVER do any service with them again. We will get our school pictures elsewhere. To make a mistake it's not a horrible offense, but to treat customers who already paid and received the wrong product with such disrespect is just infuriating. My only option now is to drive an hour to their office and deal with this in person.
