Pros:
+Setting up an appointment was easy
+Windshield replacement was done on time

Cons:
-Major denting of front driver’s side panel preventing door from opening properly (pictured in album below)
-Scratching all around the windshield (examples pictured)
-Lack of accountability for damage

I took my car in with the damage pictured in the album above and explained that there was no other explanation for it other than the replacement of the windshield (I live in the country and the car is well sheltered). I was told that all they could do was direct me to a local repair shop for them to pry the bent panel so that it no longer blocked the door from opening (pictured).

DON'T never ever use it. I had my car serviced by Safelite and they cracked my windshield. They did the service outside where I work and didn't take into account that the weather was extremely hot that day. That they should have told me that it was better to do it inside their shop. I asked and they insisted my comments were without merit. And yeah, of course, the windshield developed a cracked coming out from the small chip I had right after he had finished. And the idiot after seeing the cracked form told me I a had warranty. Warranty for what???????????

It is the best place to go for your windshields or other windows for your car, they use the best materials to replace your windows, once your windows are installed they last a lifetime. The guys that work there are extremely courteous, they give you confidence and make you feel you are number 1 above everything. Thank you guys! Great job!
