Excellent customer service. Donna and Angie Negrete were very helpful in assisting me at the front desk. Edwin and Dr. Singleton make a great team. My procedures went very well and were over before I knew it.They also took the time to properly explain the instructions to follow after the procedures. I was very impressed with the overall experience!

Dr. Pritchett and All the Staff @ Montana Kool Smiles were EXCELLENT... Very friendly with my 4 boy's and really made the experience a good one even for me... This has to be the 1st positive experience we have had since being in El Paso. Wish we could have met everyone @ Montana Kool Smiles when we 1st arrived to El Paso! Keep up the AWESOME WORK MONTANA KOOL SMILES!

It was my first time there aside from them assuming I spoke Spanish everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am used to getting a school note excusing my kids in my Dentist office so I forgot when I left I emailed them hopefully they can send me one. Other than that I was told my Insurance would cover the braces but when I got there they said no so now I have to pay :(

They are all very friendly and professional. It was my daughters first dentist appointment they made her feel very comfortable and kept her informed with everything which made the transition so smoothe. Very happy friendly establishment I'd refer anyone with kids there, little play area so kids don't get bored. Will definitely be back again, what a great experience for our first dentist in El paso

Very slow. Its almost like they have only one Dr maybe 2. My appt was at 5pm for my 2 children and myself its now 630 and we have yet to be seen. This is a very nice facility but its not worth the long wait. Especially for a 2 and 4 yr old.sad to ssy we will not be returning.

I had a 9am teeth cleaning and didn't get called back until 9:10am. Then I waited for the dentist to check me but they wouldn't check my teeth until a gum test was done. They where down a tech and the dentist couldn't do the gum test. The tech didn't get to me until 9:45am. Then the dentist finely came back in to check me and I had been at the office since 8:48am. Now I'm ticked off and wanted to just leave. The dentist asked me what was wrong and i told her i was upset because i was there so long. She looked at me like i was crazy for saying something. When the tech started to clean my teeth they wanted use there water pick. I don't like it and had to argue with the tech not to use it. I will never go back. I'm going to be looking for a new dentist.
