Took both my daughters in today and they loved it. Steve made them laugh and were very comfortable with the staff. Would recommend this office for sure.

All the staff are friendly and I greatly appreciate the service they have provided. Unfortunately they have a new doctor in which you can barely understand. They made us wait about an hour only to realize we have to come back another day. Like I said I like all the staff, I just don't think they made a correct choice when it comes to the doctor himself.

This place really deserved no stars at all. Anyways, the nurses are absolutely disrespectful. While getting a cavity filled, the nurse was being extremely rude to me. During the procedure, the dentist was rushing and this, with 'help' from the nurse, led to the bruising of my gums and aching tooth. I currently cannot chew anything without the tooth hurting and me mentally cursing this Kool Smiles. I will never go back there again and do NOT recommend this dentistry to ANYONE, nonetheless their children.

All of the staff was awesome and Hilda and Dr Langford took that extra mile for my Kids!!I love that Fact that when their gonna start doing something to my kid's they tell them and show them what they are about to do.The best part about it is they let me be in the room with my kids and they make us feel right at home well close to home!!Thank You very much for making my Kid's feel very good and we'll what can I say my babies love the Staff there and going to the Dentist....YOU ALL ARE����✅GREAT!!��������☝

I needed to see a dentist real quick, and they kindly scheduled me the day I called. The office staff (Elisa) was very helpful, along with Ms. Angie and Ms. Vero G. in back attacking my swollen gums! Although my personal situation wasn't pleasant, they made me feel at ease. Along with the dentist, I forgot your name ma'am (after you injected those shots) but thank you as well for explaining it all. I highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere for the kids

Love Coming to Kool smiles, what I love about Kool smiles is when we are about to go to the dentist my daughter's get nervous but we get there Hilda and Michele talk to my daughter's they have the patient to work with them and calm them down I love that about them. I've always had a good experience in Kool smiles I LOVE EVERY SINGLE WORKER THERE.Thank you for the great job that they do and will always love the work the patients and that love they give my daughter's.Thank You Hilda and Michelle for the great job you ladies do.BIG THANK YOU AGAIN! You just gave a bigger smile to my daughter's :):):)

its been like 3 years now since i first went into kool smiles, and i cant believe that the nurses still remember me, thanks you guys very much Hilda, Abby, and the receptionist Holly who always receive us with a big smile and giggles. I never thought i would ever feel comfortable, happy and not scared to go to the dentist. Again thank you guys so much, its always a pleasure to see you guys again.
