Jungle Jaks

Jungle Jaks is great for both kids and parents. The Kid love the Foam Factory and bumper boats,
the Food is awesome !!!!!!

This is the second year that we have our 5 years old boy birthday party at Jungle Jaks and we are always amazed by the service. We think that it's the best value in town and the food is excellent. Try the wing platter they are delicious. Our dedicated party host was awesome ! In regards to pricing it's great value considering the number of free activities and believe me you won't spend less at Pitter Pipper or Chuckee Cheese.

This place is no good for parties people that give it a five star obviously have not experience the nightmare that myself and guest went through. When my guest started arriving i received numerous phone calls from my guest telling me that they wanted to charge them at the entrance. My huspand had to run to the front to let them know that they were with our party. This happened about five times. Not only did i not get all the platters that i had order, they look like appetizers from sam's. When talking to the manager he kept on mumbling his words and couldn't understand him then realized that his english in not that good. When i went to the owner to complaint about everything that was going wrong he was to busy counting his money and told me to go back to the room. When he finally came instead of him taking me out of the room to talk to me he started arguing with me infront of my guest' (very professional). At the end of the party i was kind of bumned that all my guest didnt show up (so i thought). The next morning my guest that didnt show up told me that they went to the party and ended up leaving because they wanted to charge them over $50.00 for three kids r u guys nuts. This place might be booming right now but i guaranree u that not for long look what happened to Bounce U another unorganized party place. Management there really sucks!!!!!! P.S your not getting any richer by overpricing everything in your business your just scarring people away Disney Land is more affordable these days lower your damn prices.
