My Small Wonders

My son attended this school from age 9 months to when we left for him to go to pre-K in public school at age 4 and he had a great experience there. The teachers and staff always treated us with love and kindness and my son is way ahead of the other kids in his class currently. They really work with the kids and teach them letters, numbers, colors in English and Spanish at a very early age. He loved that school and the staff and if we could have stayed there long term we would have.

First impressions are that this is a wonderful facility, but some of the teachers are anything but wonderful. Our child was physically abused and constantly ignored. They have cameras in the classrooms, but no one ever checks them. Management protects it's employees instead of the children. Don't be fooled by the song and dance they give parents on the initial tour of this place. The teachers are not professional and they don't care.

Our daughter has been going to My Small Wonders her whole life. I did a lot of research and toured several facilities before choosing My Small Wonders. Each room is beautifully themed with large painted walls. They have a terrific curriculum, our 1 year old daughter is learning new things every day. They have amazing playgrounds that were just updated to include a new shade system. It is just perfect for this Oklahoma heat!

I felt the need to write a review since the only one on here is negative. I heard terrible things about MSW before the new owners took over. My daughter started after the changeover and I haven't had anything but positive experience. The owners and director are great with communicating and work hard to respond to any concerns you may have. I have adored all of my daughter's teachers and she loves going there. They have great curriculum that has my daughter's language and comprehensive skills charting way ahead of what is expected.

Only rating My Small Wonders with one star because YP doesn't allow rating with zero stars. This is not a child care center you want to send your child to. There are serious safety problems and the staff do not take parent complaints/suggestions seriously. They routinely move kids to different classes and many staff don't interact lovingly with children - center leadership makes business-based decisions, not decisions that serve kids. Tuition is way too high and jumps every year. Not a good place to send your child.
