Total Urgent Care

For those who have visited Total Urgent Care, know that we strive to give our patient's the very best customer service and medical treatment. No clinic, hospital, or urgent care gives better customer service than we do @totalurgentcare. It is our trademark. Our clinic is spotless and we take great pride in the hygiene and cleanliness of our medical facility. On 5/16/2017 we discovered a very common problem in commercial buildings and moved to eradicate the problem, even though it is a harmless pest. I have posted a brief synopsis of what the problem was and our pest control vendor, Home Paramount Pest Control immediately came out and took the necessary steps to solve the problem. We are OPEN for business!

Clover Mites

Clover mites are plant feeders that occasionally invade homes and commercial buildings. These mites do not attack people, and although vast numbers of them can enter homes and buildings, they will not reproduce under indoor conditions and will perish shortly of their own accord. Since the conclusion of World War II, the mite has become more common as a household pest. This increase in activity may be related in some way to an increased use of lawn fertilizers. The soil nutrient level or plant vigor and the proximity of the lawn to the house are factors that appear to govern the incidence of infestation.

If you're in any type of rush do not come here! Super slow! The doctor needs to speed up or hire more doctors! Absolutely the worst place I've been!

Received excellent customer service at Total Urgent Care this week by my nurse and Dr. Bruce. I went in for a DOT physical and was worried about my blood pressure and the sweet nurse put me at ease. I've never received such wonderful care at a doctor's office. She said she was new to the practice and had a smile big enough to light up Harford County. I've never been treated so good.

Since they are advertised as Urgent Care and no appointment necessary, someone should tell the doctors working here that. I showed up right at opening (7 am) after a horrible night being sick. The receptionist (nurse?) told me that since there were no appointments scheduled, the doctor on duty had decided not to come in until after 8 am. That is totally unacceptable! The majority of their business is walk-ins so they should be staffed and ready to see patients during their advertised business hours. I will never be going there again.
