After checking back to see if anything has changed with these clowns and, no it hasn't! I wouldn't trust these idiots to wipe a goats ass!

We found Griffin Energy Sources in Edgewater, MD to be horrible on customer service. Some training is needed at the main office in how they respond to customers. Very condescending. We have had issues where an employee did not replace a part and we had water in an area. It took months for them to admit wrong doing and correct. Hours of our time and persistence! And don't get a service contract! We learned no refund if u move! New owner did not want to deal with them either!

I trusted this company years ago but know, woud not recommend them to anyone. Under new management or something, but customer service is nil and rude. I will probably have to seek a lawyer to get my furnace fixed. They took my part and threw away. I have a gold contract and they will not honor it. Wemt most of the winter with no heat. Still do not have my part. When I called to ask about model and serial # of my furnace, they couldn't tell me. Worst company in the past 2 years.

They have a lousy billing system and they charge very high prices. Don't be "fueled" by their coupons and promises of savings. They will do their best to rip you off.

Add my name to the list of people that have had problems with vague billing and no return phone calls. We have a charge for over $500 in service calls with zero detail. I can promise that we never authorized that amount for service. Numerous phone calls over several months have gotten us no where. I've never dealt with another business that seems to be as poorly run as this organization. My next letter is going to Better Business Bureau. Definitely avoid this company if you value honest, dependable service.

I have also had a horrible experience I have tried to get someone to talk to me about their vague billing for three months now, and have been told all nine times I have called that someone would call me back, which has not happen except for the last time when I called to cancel my service with them, then I got a call not an hour latter, but of course he couldn't help me either and said someone would call me the first thing in the morning, three days latter no one has called me yet again. Rude, very vague billing statements, I recommend you avoid this company if you like service and clear (honest?) billing.

DISHONEST!!! LIARS! This company takes advantage of their customers. I ordered a certain number of heating fuel and they claim that they gave me extra and then proceeded to charge me for it!!!! I called to clear up the mess and I was told by an extremely rude employee that "Yes, It was our company who made a number of errors, but people make mistakes and usually the driver is billed" but he proceeded to ask me to pay the difference!!!! I tried to be calm and explain to him that I did not feel that I was responsible for THEIR ERROR and he told me "Well ,it's not like you won't use it? What do you want me to do, take it out of the drivers pay?!" YES, THAT's EXACTLY WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! So what was the outcome?I am splitting the balance with the driver, but they won't send me a bill and the money that the driver needs to take care of will remain on my account until the driver returns (WHO, BTW, only works in the WINTER apparently). UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I will never use this company AGAIN and I will let everyone know what a HORRIBLE company this is! I have never written a bad review in my life BUT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE!!! THEY ARE LAIRS! Dependable.... i think not!
