I learned, very much, about, and why, it was necessary. He executed, and conducted, a very smooth, and very efficient and excellent service, to me as a, customer, that was my, first, time, to visit, the wonderful facility, of the, East Syracuse Chevrolet at, One Chevy Drive, in East Syracuse, N.Y. 13057 . Downs made me feel, informed, a positive comfort, to the waiting room, with, refreshment, informative TV on , and about the schedule for, performance ,and care, of my, car, and for maintaining my vehicle. The Timing was comfortable . Robert E Downs, politely guided, me, to my, excellently, maintained, recalled, service. As I, had asked, for a car wash, from the winter season, it, was, wonderful, and great to have a clean, looking, vehicle, at no cost, with the service. We, both commented, how , the car, looked, much better. Robert also, checked, the remote fob, for me, and showed me, how, to find out, how, much percentage is left, for an oil change, and showed me, that by, pressing the, tabs, showing the tire pressure and the other added, information, so, I can, read, the vehicles, much more, details, and features that , it, covers, and lets me know, more about, things that I, was not aware of. I very much can say, that I will tell my friends, and family that, I was treated, with respect, served like a 2009 Chevy Impala, Queen for today.
