Went to Sound FX in Seekonk to have serius radio installed. Left the parking lot, directional not working, went back, they fixed it but had a "wasn't me" kind of attitude, obviously they did something with the wiring, no apologies from them for the inconvenience. Next day, the rubber seal from around the windsheild where they ran the wiring flew off on the highway, luckily we retrieved it. Had to return the car.....again, and all they wanted to do was snap the seal back on. We noticed that the seal on the other side was glued, so we wanted the seal put back on correctly. They did it, we were without a car for the day, no apologies, again, a "wasn't me" attitude. Will not go back there, neither of these things should have happened and an apology would have been a good business move. Very cocky attitude from the manager, like he knew it all, wouldn't trust him again, go somewhere else, lots of choices out there, better service I am sure.

Friendly and helpful... that's how I'd sum up my experience with these guys. Pricing was competitive and the alarm/starter combo is absolutely awesome! If you don't have a remote starter, I highly recommend you ask these guys to show you how the smart start works... too cool!

I went to Sound FX to upgrade the audio system in my van. They replaced the factory radio/CD deck with a new unit and installed new speakers. The new radio had poor reception even for local stations. To my complaints about the reception of the new radio, their response was, "Sometimes aftermarket radios do not have as good reception as the factory radios." That was never mentioned as a possible outcome of their installation before I purchased the new deck or speakers. They promised an upgrade of my sound system, but in fact they downgraded it. They tried to install an "antenna booster," but that did not fix the problem. They would not re-install the factory radio or give me credit for the "upgraded" radio deck. Be sure to ask if the tuner you buy from them will work after it is installed. And get them to put in writing.
