Cook-Out

Since your job's in Raleigh, give the Capital Boulevard location a try. We visit it often since it's just around the corner from our house. We love the burgers, fries and shakes (YUM!) and you get it at a good price. Yes, there is a lot on the menu (I really love the variety), but they are willing to wait for you to read it (given a reasonable time!). Like most fast-food places, the speakers seem like they're right out of a 60's drive-in movie, but I can usually get my message across and I ALWAYS hear the total! On a rare occasion, I may get something other than what I ordered, but that can happen anywhere. So don't write the whole chain off because of one bad experience. You're from Las Vegas - TAKE A CHANCE!

am inew to Rocky Mount with my job in Raleigh. I came from Las Vegas, NV. I am in the hospitality industry. It is all about SERVICE that makes a person come back. Tried Cook Out for the first time. Never coming back!

I went thru the drive thru around 11:35 on 05/23/2008. Alot of infomation to read on the menu. I was going to order a chili cheese burger. The Customer Service representive asked what kind of sides I wanted since I get 2 choices. I was looking on the menu and could not find it right away. So I asked what are your sides and the woman on the other side of the order machine statted to me "IF YOU LOOK ON THE MENU IT LIST THEM". I eat out to get the same service I give to my all my customers at Starwood Hotels.

The nerve of telling the customer to stop bothering me and read the menu is RUDE, DISRESPECTIVE and NON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would not even rate this place in Rocky Mount as a fast food place. If you want to get annoyed come to the Cook Out in Rocky Mount!!!!

The food at Cookout is pretty good for the price. However, the service is HORRIBLE!! 9 times out of 10 the order is incorrect. My coworkers & I wonder why it's so hard for management to hire staff that can READ!! So, if you have time to order, wait for the food, check the order, report the mistake & wait AGAIN to have your request prepared correctly, then Cookout's the place for you!

This location has wonderful hours and wonderul customer service. I eat there as much as possible.
