Impossible people to work with. Always rude and demanding.half the employees give you the wrong information. Basically they care nothing about their customers. Never takes less than 24 hrs to fix electricity. Unfortunately in bryan co you can't have anything else. Company bought out rights to everything. So good luck to you. Eventually this company will get what's coming to them.

Every time it rains (notice I didn't say storm,but simply rain) we aren't the least bit surprised if we lose our electric service. In fact we've come to expect it. It's usually a matter of how long it'll be off, or how many times it'll flicker off and on. Or both. SE Electric needs to put some of the proceeds they get from our payments towards taking care of equipment. Good Lord knows we pay enough for it. Less than a week ago we were without electricity over 24 hours. Customer service was very rude when we called to ask when we could expect to have our electric restored. If we had a choice we'd have changed to another company long ago.
