        Alan Reed ie. Russell, is not so much a "local" favorite because I travel 35 minutes to get to his salon in Doylestown, but he is definitely in the "highest recommendation" category. He listens and hears you when you talk color and cut. In addition to getting the look you want, Russell's price is competitive yet fair... defintely worth the time and distance for me!
