        RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

        I had a crew come out and clean 2 rooms. I was quoted $40 for a job. Cleaning was so-so with bed not being moved at all in the master bedroom. I had $60 in 20 dollar bills, and expected to pay $40 plus tax (7%). The guy said he had no change on him. I contacted the office right after the crew left, and spoke with someone who promised a callback after the crew comes back to the garage. 3 weeks later I decided to call back because he never called me. I was told once again that he will call me back once he speaks with the crew about it. 2 weeks later-still nothing. I called again (matter of principle at this time) and his phone was "muted" ( I couldn't hear him). I called back again with no answer. I left v/m and at this point I just wanted to say that this business is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, overcharged me for the job and will not reimburse. If you are looking for an HONEST hard working company to clean your carpet, try some other company. My $0.02.

        This matter was reviewed when the original complaint occured. It was advised a tip was given to the crew for such a great job done. The customer was charged the appropiate fee for cleaning. Which is the special we're running for this summer. Customer called in two weeks later after the job was completed. He stated he though he was going to get change. He was asked how much he was expecting and he said $5. He was advised $5 would be refunded and he said it wasn't neccesary he juts thought he was going to get change. He was asked again do he want change and he said it wasn't neccesary. I think it's unfair for this gentleman to put such unkind remarks about our company after we tried to resolve the matter. I'm not sure hwta he's after at this point. 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND GREAT QUALITY SERVICE IS OUR PRIORITY!
