DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! I spent 48 minutes on the phone trying to get a fraudulent charge of $2,350 on my debit card rescinded, they had no one in any supervisory position who spoke English and with all the information provided - name, date and time of charge, amount and card number- they could not "find" the charge to stop the pending payment from going through!!!! They suggested I email the company - which would first of all be TOO LATE and second of all, why would it be any different from all the info I gave them over the phone. Buy your ticket from a reputable company, this company is NOT LEGIT!!!!

The Worst customer service/purchase system I ever experienced. Here was my experience... I called them up to purchase two tickets from Miami, they started asking me all of these questions about my passport, ID numbers... they act like if they are doing you a favor... they take your payment, send you an email with a form that you need to fill, sign and return via email with copies of your passport, visas, credit card.. and IF they receive your email, you are approved to purchase the ticket!!.., if NOT they are cancelling your trip and tickets.YES, then you have to call them back and start everything from SCRATCH....including payment again....YES.. I now fly with Delta, or Aruba Airlines..... the experience is extremely different.. the purchase of the tickets, the food during the flight, the "on time departures". In conclusion spend an extra hundred bucks and do not fall into this nightmare of using this low profile airlines like this... I hope this helps with your travel planning...SL

Avior displays like 6 different numbers for customer service and whe you dial any of them, you get a recording saying that the extension is not available to take your calls...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when you can't even talk to anyone. I tried calling the numbers listed in Venezuela...SAME THING!!!!
