The foods usually fine, the pizza is different in the way they make it more sauce heavier crust but its better then most pizza in the area at least It has flavor. This is not NYC but Ill give it 4 stars for Dingmans area.

i noticed your food is very inconsistent lately

used to be good pizza and almost worth the 20$ you have to spend on delivery and the extra $5 they put on to drive 5 miles to my house but now not even worth gas money to get there . I wanted a sub one day and had no car knowing I had to spend at least $25 to even get a delivery I ordered several things it came to $19.95 total and even though with the other $5 delivery charge still wouldn't deliver so I ordered a side of dressing then it hit me when she repeated the price on how bad the food service and overall quality of the restaurant is no way was I paying and cancelled the order. We need a new pizza joint in Dingmans Ferry that delivers without having to spend a ridiculous amount of money. The only reason I would ever order from here is out of necessity .

If you are planning to go to the restaurant, the food is great, and the service is fantastic. It can get a little busy at times, but all around good environment for dining. If you are ordering take-out, call Good Time Pizza @ 828-9990. Otherwise, do not expect to eat what you order. I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered a fried calzone and when I got it home it was baked. Every time I call to complain, the same incompetent person who took my order answers and refuses to do anything about her screw up. The last time I ordered a fried calzone, that I specified as fried three times when placing my order, they baked it. But to fool me when I glanced at it quickly when picking it up, they threw it in the fryer to make it look fried. This results in dough that it the consistency of cardboard. Of course when I called, I was hung up on, then when I called back they offered to refund .50 cents for the extra fryer cost. Which I consider a slap in the face, since I have been a loyal customer of theirs just about every week since I moved up here 5 years ago. I will not go back.

i do not agree with this review, pies on is a great place, how can you get down on the place for being busy, we love it . you can not rush great food.

i came to pies on for 25 cent wing tuesday and after waiting for 45 mins in the blistering hot i came in there to find that it was even hotter inside of the restaurant then it was outside. When they sat us down in the main dining area it smelt like a school cafiteria. It was dirty and smelly. when we asked for the menu they gave us paper takeout menu's. this place was horrible. also there was a dj playing for them outside and swarms of teenagers were around the restaurount. when we finally get our food it was also pretty bad the pizza was ok and the winks were as well.
