Diamond Springs Hotel

I have eaten at many different "country" style restaurant. By far the Diamond hotel has the most friendly staff. They really make you feel at home. There is a variety of choices on the menu which are prepared the way requested. If you like prime rib, you wont be disappointed. Large portions, expertly prepared. I highly recommend trying the beef barley soup. even on a warm day it's great. It is a treat for me and my family to be able to enjoy such a relaxed "home" style outing. The owners must be and should be very proud of their accomplishments.
