I have a 2004 Lexus ES 330, I've had it for years and it has always run very well. But because of the age of the car, major things started to go wrong. I took it to a different car place that quoted me a list of repairs ranging between $3000-5000. I couldn't believe it. I brought it here to Royal with the same repairs $2000. My car has been running great ever since. I have 154678 miles on it and plan on having it for a long time. I so appreciate the fact that because it's a Lexus they didn't try to overcharge me and they did the work quick and professional. Joe is the nicest person and always tries to assist you where you are. I will always refer someone to this auto clinic.

Took my car in, as a women I can say this shop is honest. They showed me what parts were damaged on my vehicle before they started repairing. They gave me all my old parts after repairs were done.

I took my car in because it was over heating and the workers showed me exactly what was wrong and how much it was going to cost and they quoted me much cheaper than any other place I went to! They have amazing customer service and extremly nice I recomend this place to everyone!

The staff was very very helpful & knowledgeable of what I had going on with my 2002 Mercedes CL500 ...They put a brand new suspension kit on my car and did it in a timely fashion ....Abe ( the owner ) is the best ......Thank you guys ....I will always come back ...����

Royal by far in my opinion is the best overall repair facility in the city. I send my mama there and not worry about her being over charged. The establishment is clean and the people are friendly. Its a pleasure to have them in the neighborhood. Keep up the super fantastic work Royal.

I really think that the overall services done to my car has made a great difference! I'm VERY particular on who works on my baby, and I feel the mechanics are very skilled. However, as with most places, they tend to slightly overcharge women, but they had my car serviced w/in a day and a half, and I have yet to have issues w/ the parts they worked on. No complaints other than they don't have coffee sitting out lol. Great place, good, humble mechanics, pleasant but small atmosphere, and highly recommended overall!

This is by far the greatest shop I have been to in many years! They were all very professional and courteous and treated us with respect. I ended up sending my wife to pick up our car and they explained everything they had done and reassured her the problems were fixed. They are far more affordable than any other shop and highly recommend their services.

I went to this place to get my front brakes fixed, They did a great job, my car feels brand new! Everyone there was very proffesional and nice. Everything was done in a timely manner!

Not your typical auto repair shop. Honest and professional place. I was ready to junk my car because no shop could figure out why the trans on mu truck was stuck in first gear. R.A.C. found the problem in a matter of an hour, changed the seals on transfer case, replaced the actuator and my trucks been running great ever since. Ill definitely be doing all my repairs at this place. I've never been more satisfied with service and prices at any other shop and I recommend R.A.C. to anyone with car trouble

Great service and a fair price! Went in for electrical issue and they took care of it with ease and haven't had a problem since. Will definitely go back for any future car problems.

what an amazing new place. took my car in for what I thought was engine. they diagonised it and found out I just needed a drain plug to stop my oil from leaking, which was making the engine knock. saved me 1500$ but gained a customer for life! honest people, great for the neighborhood
