Motown Coney Island

Detroit is known for their coney islands and with those come great choices in food. This grilled chicken salad was tops and so much meat.

So I go here all the time for a Mexican Omelette and today when I go here the cheap owner is cooking gives me a Mexican Omelette with a spoon of chili outside and a spoon of vegetables in side..so I'm like this is thinner than a pancake literally so after 15 she said he'll put the meat I'm it like its suppose to be so I'm thinking I'm getting hot food??? Um no the same food that's been sitting out and he tried to cover it with chili and cheese that doesn't go on the outside?? Really so got up and left..Horrible ...

Well when I first walked in I was not greated or seated. It took about five minutes for some one to come and talk to me. The server who approached me was not my server but she was kind and Curtis towards me. It was at least 20 minutes before I was greated by my server. I do know they could use a couple more servers they seem to get pretty busy at lunch time. When my order arrived the portions was over what they should serve. The taco meat was spicy and I sent it back. This time I order a chicken cordon blue. It arrived a little faster this time but the lettis is a long string of lettis. Dispit the long lettis it was jucie and well cooked. The restraint is clean and the people are friendly but they need to pay attention to how long some one is sitting in there sections I waited all together 42 minutes for my mean the right way. Nit to mention I saw many mistakes the servers made. Mixing up orders and running around. They need more workers.

I have been eating here since they first opened and then I was expecting. That is a woman's most selective time. And let me say I was never not once disappointed with the food or service. Nice community place with reasonable prices and did I mention awesome food?
