Mexican Village Restaurant

I lived on 16th and Bagley as a kid. We have been going to Mexican Village since I can remember. The food is good, and the service is as well. It is one of my all time favorites to go to in old neighbor hood.

It’s our most favorite of all Mexican restaurants and I mean all! Can’t say enough how much we love ❤️ this awesome 👏🏻 Mexican restaurant! The waiters and waitresses are awesome! ALWAYS TOTALLY 💯 % helpful, nice, patient and just a delight ☺️
ohhh and the food is OMG delicious!!! 😋 all of it, everything!

Rude cashier. I ordered carry out 2-7-2020 treated rudely by cashier. I paid for my order checked it as stated asked why was an extra charge $4.50 for extra cheese questioned why she stated rudely you were told on phone i stated you didnt included price.. While checking my food I asked for extra bag she rudely said you have to wait. She proceeded to wait on two other customers and then I was handed the bag. She never said thank you. I will not patronize your establishment again with service like this.

Order CARRY OUT 2--7-2020 cashier rude. I was asking about charges of $4.50 on bill stated for extra cheese I mentioned while ordering she did state extra charge but did not mention price. She wanted to argue about it when asking for an extra bag she stated I'm with a customer I stated I'm an customer also. I waited for her to wait on two customers before she would accommodate me to give me a bag. I checked my food before leaving which your sign states before leaving. She never said thank you or everything alright. She was very rude and I hope I never encounter her again if I choose to patronize your establishment again. Customer Service is everything in business. Yours Suck TODAY

Very good food and service in a comfortable atmosphere. Went on family vacation with extended family. Everyone was happy with their meals.

Food was amazing, the waitress was super nice and would love to go again . Was greeted by many people and was treated and handled amazingly

I met a friend here for dinner that I haven’t seen in a while. We ordered food and chatted for a longer than normal time. The food was standard and the service was just poor. If I could leave this review without rating service I would have because that’s how poor it was! After paying our bill and leaving a tip we were ask by one of the “greeters, using that very lightly” to leave our table! We gathered our things and left and ask to speak to a manager and a woman at the door reported she was “part owner” and when we told her she stated “you all can come back.” Rude and unprofessional is all I can say! I will NEVER spend money here again and no one else should either! They feel that because people are consistently coming in and out they don’t have to value the customers because they will make money anyway. There are other Mexican Restaurants that are in this area that are FAR BETTER and care about the customer!

Been going there since mid 70's!! Im 50 now and still my favorite place!! Best tacos anywhere!! Salsa rules! Place jams!

Very good would recommend to everyone and come back here staff is also very friendly and I also like that you get seated quick

The Best Mexican Food in the Area, Hands Down. Two locations, though I prefer the downtown one. Can be busy at times so grab a margarita.

I love this restaurant! I try something new each time igothere. Worth the drive. The margaritas are really good too.

Would not let our big group sit together even though the table next to us was not used half the time we were there. Half the party was on other side of dining room. Waiter took forever between getting waters and chips then tried to just take drink order when we were ready to order food as well. Fajitas seems like stew meat with tons of tomatoes but barely any onions. Waiter was lucky to get 20% tip because we didn't want to wait for change.

So weird, I look up restaurants in my area, and thus place is almost an hour away, and it comes up as "serving my zip code.", came up first and every other suggestion was actually local....hmmm. Either way, every time I go here, it tastes like cafeteria food. Gross.

Best Mexican food ever!! I drive over an hour just to eat here!!!!!

I have been coming here for years and this is the only restaurant I will eat in Mexican Town. The rest have good drinks that's it!!
