this is the place to go if you want rims and tires largest selection i have ever seen in my life they hooked me up with some 22'' Rucci rims on my S-550 benz i will definitly be back good customer service was in and out in about an hour go to the w 8 mile location

My name is Billy I purchased a set of off-road wheels and tires mudster i’ve been shopping around wherever I went they had barely anything to choose from when I walked into hot wheel city I was blown away I’ve never seen so much rims and tires I got approved for 2500 Less than 10 minutes I used $1620 they installed my rims and tires less than an hour these guys are amazing you need to check them out

I bought a set of (Supposedly) brand new borghini wheels and new tires. when they put them on my car, I drove down the street and my car was shaking so I turned around and went back. They said that everything was good and they added a ring to the wheels, it helped a little but didn't fix the problem. I thought it would smooth out if I drove it for a little bit. the next day I had to go out of town and on my way the car started to shake really bad, I stopped and had it checked out at a shop. the guy at the shop showed me where all 4 of the wheels were bent, they wouldn't even balance on the balance machine and they were messing up my suspension. I called hotwheel city to see if they would exchange my 3 day old wheels and they told me that I was crazy because the wheels were not bent when I got them. so I have spent $1600 on some wheels that I can't even use.

this company is the worst company in the whole state of michigan . . . all they do is lie about there product . over charge the customers ( consumers fraud ) the salespeople there are paid commission and the boss standing there encourage it , im my opinion this company should be shut down and ivestigated for fraud every location is the same. same guys standing around speaking forgein language, and can barley speak english .they are rude , untrust worthy and lie to sell there over priced

DO NOT!! I repeat, DO NOT, buy anything from Hot Wheel City. I purchased New Rennen wheels for my Camaro at the Greenfield rd store. Took it back twice because it had a vibration in the steering wheel. After taking it to my dealer and having the spun on a hi tech balancer it was determined that the wheel was 2 ounces out of balance. Unheard of according to the mechanic. I went back to Hot Wheel City and talked to Rafi, the guy I purchased the from. he said he would have to call Rennen on monday morning to find out about warranty info, and he would call me back. After not hearing from Rafi Monday morning, I called him back and he said he hadn't called them yet, and that he would call them and call me right back. He never called back. After not hearing back, I called Rennen myself, and he said that he had spoken to rafi earlier and that he had all the information. So I called Rafi back and he said he was still waiting for Rennen to call him back. Puzzled by his response, and after a slight argument I asked to speak with his supervisor. He to me his name was Jesse and gave me his phone number. I called Jesse and he informed me that he was not Rafi"s supervisor and that I would have to take up problems i had With Rafi, I then asked for the owners name and how i could reach him. Jesse told me he doesn't handle these problem, it handled by the store managers at each location. Rafi is the store manager at his location. See my confusion? After about 5 minutes of arguing, and insisting I speak with the owner, Jesse finally Told me to Go F%$& myself and hung up on me. I finally got ahold of Lisa who is suposidly the supervisor of all the stores in Detroit. Told her My story and she said she would get back with me. That was 5 days ago, haven't herd a word since. I guess treating costomers like Crap is how they do business.

Theyre not trustworthy at all...I bought a set of used wheels and mind You , I specifically asked were all the wheels in the same condition as the one Frank showed Me...His answer was "Theyre Perfect"...I get home with them and noticed a patch of chrome missing..after calling His rep[y was they werent like that but theyre used wheels ....as if He had no responsibility....sure theyre sold as is but Im positive the defect was already there.....Flaky Business ...they just want Your money...no customer service

If you are going to Hot Wheel City's "Sound City" save your gas and your money, they only offer a select few of new model Subwoofers, Amps, And knock off radios. Most of their stock is all old models that they want over retail for. Im not affiliated with any sound company or business, but in my opinion you would have better luck at best buy or the always overpriced mickey shorr's, lol. "Sound City" is not even listed as a business and are not Authorized Retailer from the calls that i have made, so all of your "warrenties" are through them not the company of the product, good luck with being able to get a realistic price...

Do not go here they tell you whatever you want to to hear just to get money. They hire in experienced people. They have nice rims but it's not worth losing your money. When you ask questions. They can't answer them.

Very good service, Fred/Frank (Cant remember name) was salesman. Went to the shop three times before making purchase help me choose rims for car very patient young man. Had a problem after rims installed with rubbing honored he mad mistake and stated he will take care of it. Man of word so if in market for some rims go Hotwheel City on 7mile best customer service ever.
