        HORRID SERVICE

        I normally do not have good luck with this store, so I called looking for a universal joint socket with ther part number. DID NOT WORK OUT!!! I cant ever make it simple enough for these guys I HAD THEIR PART NUMBER i just needed a price on it, so he answers the phone and acts appalled that im getting a price on a tool so I tell him I have a part number then he tells me to "Hang On". I WAS ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES. He gets back on and I have to repeat the number and he looks it up and tells me the price it took him maybe 20 seconds. I have lived in a few different cities over the years and get the same service from AutoZone wherever I go. I do not reccomend going to this autozone nor any AutoZone on the face of the planet!!!
