All About Technology

All About Technology is a great place to get your computer fixed. Willie and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. When just about all of the stores were closed, All About Technology kept the community connected to much needed digital resources. I wouldn't take my computer any place else. I am so grateful that I found this jewel in the city!

All About Technology is the type of store that a community like Detroit really needs. The store staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful to a novice like myself. I used All About Technology on several occasions to repair my apple computer.
My apple computer had water damage throughout from a water spill in my brief case. I was told by Apple it had extensive water damage and was not repairable and that all my files and information was lost. I sent my computer from Atlanta to Detroit based on a friends referral and testimony. And after several days of diagnostic work they repaired my computer and all my information was restored. I had my computer back in my possession within a week time. It was worth the shipment and expense as my files was priceless. I recommend this company regardless of what the issue is and where you live. They are my official IT repair company.

My MacBook Pro suffered water damage, rendering the logic board dead. I had first brought my computer to the Geek Squad and was disappointed with the long wait, an odd mishap, and poor communication. I then brought my computer to All About Technology, and in under a week had a new logic board--a hard-to-find original custom order--installed and working as smooth as it did before the damage.

Willie promptly kept me in the loop of what he ordered, when it arrived, and the results of his testing, upon which I was given a warranty for service and parts should the logic board replacement fail.

I didn't expect things to go this smoothly, but it did--and Willie made me feel real good since I know there is someone I can trust should I have computer problems in the future.

this is the type of place that will say anything to get your money. Once they have your money, you never see it again. They took a deposit from me and promised that my laptop would be finished in 3 days. On the third day, my pc was not completed and the story changed from 3 days to 'we don't know when it's going 2 be finished'. I came down to their Cass Ave. office and demanded my laptop and my money. They refused and threatened to call security on me. I told them that i would call the POLICE if theyy didnt give me my property back.....they reluctantly gave it back...since then ive filed a complaint with the BBB to receive a refund....ive never received it. DONT GO TO ALL ABOUT TECHNOLOGY......THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY NEVER PERFORM THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE
