Towne Hyundai

My experience with Towne Hyundai today was the absolute WORST Customer service I have EVER received!

Mr. Micheal Elston is without a doubt the most unfriendly, inconsiderate, officious, and down-right RUDE man I have met and it is totally due to his treatment of my disabled wife and I that I will do everything I can legally get away with to ruin the reputation of this facility as long as he is associated with it...

And since I just bought my Hyundai 11 months ago, I'll be coming here to check for a long time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I would rate this facility lower than 1 star if I could just because of how this man treated us.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were the most important people in the world. Mike was extremely comfortable to work with and had an excellent understanding of our needs and how to address them. His knowledge of the Sonata we purchased was super and his explanations of state of the art electronics displays made it easier for us to understand them and how to use the new options. It was overall a very pleasant experience. We could not have been more pleased!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and this is the way car buying should be. No hassles. No pressure. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They were happy to let me test drive several models even though they were busy. This was an A+ experience.

Our salesman and the team at Towne Hyundai was a pleasure to work with. Dealing with professional, Knowledgeable, courteous individuals provides an atmosphere that allows for informed decisions. This is exactly what I found at Towne Hyundai. I am looking forward to a lasting relationship with this dealership.

Easiest car buying experience ever!! The whole staff is very laid back and easy to work with. Our salesman was very professional and was very knowledgeable about their cars. I came in wanting to purchase a car but after he showed me all the different ways of leasing a car I ended up getting an incredible lease on a new Sonata. I will defiantly recommend Towne Hyundai to others.
