I had an appointment with Climatech and 30 minutes before I received an email from the technician Patrick letting me know he was on his way. He arrived right in schedule and provided great recommendations and performed the scheduled service with no issues. Great AC/Heating company & I would highly recommend!

Called when one of my units was not blowing cold air. They scheduled me in for an appointment the next morning and Shane arrived right on time. He was professional and diagnosed and fixed the issue in minutes and we were back up and running. Very happy with the service and tech.

Shane arrived on time with his friendly smile and demeanor. He remembers where my inside and outside units are located and, as a professional, went to work checking my systems. Shane found a capacitor that needed replacement and explained to me in layman's terms the situation. Easily understandable, he swiftly changed the part. Shane instills confidence in his technical abilities.

Awesome! Punctual and kind to wallet. I don't know who does the hiring of the Technicians at Climatech but they do a superb job by selecting some of the most polite and friendly young men I've ever met in my 74 years of dealing with various repairmen. Today they sent Robbie Jessen and he was not only quick and efficient in locating the problem with my heating unit, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary in a way this old widow could understand. Having to call a technician to repair either heating or air conditioning can be very frustrating but when they are as cheerful and pleasant as Robbie it doesn't have to spoil the day.

Climitech called me to schedule my semi-annual visit and told me that the tech would call me the day of my appointment. Cliff called me on that day and told he would be there in approx. 45 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself and promptly got to work. He told me everything was OK and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I told him no. I would recommend Climitech to anyone looking for a heating and cooling company because of the service they provide to their clients.

I have an annual service contract with Climatech. They will promptly set-up an appointment and arrive on time. Cliff was my tech, and he provided excellent service. He was thorough, pleasant, and took the time to explain what was done and to make recommendations. I felt that I was taken care off - not being sold to. A company is a reflection of their employees, and Cliff was excellent. I will definately continue to use Climatech and recommend to friends and neighbors.

I am very happy with Climatech and my service specialist Jerry. I have had an annual contract for 4 years now and they are very prompt and have responded to my issues immediately. Jerry explained my problem very throughly and was very knowlegable and neat in appearance.

Climatech installed our heat pump and ductwork in 2009. We have been very satisfied with the system and service. David has responded to several of our service calls. He has always been on time and is very knowledgable about what needs to be done. He has also suggested some accessories that we could add to our system that would improve its performance. We plan to take his advice and add one of accessories in the future. I would recommend Climatech and David to anyone needing any kind of heating or cooling service.
