Walrath was able to diagnose and fix a problem with our Furnace that 4 other companies had not been able to figure out much less solve. They were "on-time", courteous, and extremely skilled. They will be my heating and air company from this point forward.

I have been using Walrath for many years and have never had a problem with any employees or the management, they are awesome!!If you need a knowledgeable, repectful and fair company give them a call.

7 yrs ago we moved into our home & had no idea who to call. Checked with a friend & she'd used Walrath for years happily. So I called. They have serviced all of our heating & a/c units for this whole time. Never bizarre fees. Never problems every time. Actually rarely a problem. I've recommended them with confidence to friends. All the techs we've had have been very kind & professional. We have great respect for their service & confidence in their work. Walrath is one of the folks I use that is not a stressful call because I know they are honest & trustworthy...that peace of mind is worth it all to me.

Stay away from this business. Bad news.They failed to completely shut off our system which resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to our home and have now refused to pay for the repairs even though they acknowledge that it was due to their negligence.Called them 6 times on 11/30/08 to report the emergency and have them come out and shut it off. They did not respond until later in the day the next day. I had to call a plumber and pay them to shut off the water. Thank god I made the calls from my cell phone and have the records to prove it. Their site states that they are avail. 24/7 and will respond immediately, especially in an emergency situation. Don't believe it. Our house was ripped apart to deal with the mold. Walls were torn out, tile floors ripped up, baseboards warped in a bathroom, hallway and adjoining bedroom. Two sink custom vanity completely destroyed. Water coming down thru light fixtures in the kitchen below the bathroom which had water stains 6-8 feet in d
