Villages at Gateway Apartments

If I could give this place a minus zero, I would! This place should be called SLUM VILLAGES AT GATEWAY! I am serious. Management is very unprofessional. You report something and nothing gets done!! You call for something to get fixed in your apartment and they show up weeks later if at all! There is a no smoking policy in the apartments and inside the buildings yet people smoke. There are bed bugs and roaches in the apartments. I have been bitten by the bed bugs. The air conditioner doesn't work. The buildings stairways are filthy and never get cleaned. Burnt out light bulbs in the hallways are replaced weeks later. As much as one calls to report these things to Management, nothing ever gets done. It falls on deaf ears. Yes, this place is a lot cheaper than most places in Denver, but trust me, it is worth paying a little more elsewhere and live in a clean environment where you will get your money's worth, be respected and have services done when you need them. Go to their website and check out what other tenants have posted about their experiences living at this ghetto. We will be moving OUT as soon as our lease is up.

If you are looking to move in to this aprts Dont .. Think twice before you move in Roaches everywhere my furnace is not working since tuesday december 2 /2015 i called the office several times to fix it still waiting its been almost a week and they havent dix anything the some of the staff menber are very rude like they are not working for you i get so stress everytime i have to call them

Please read this advice and take it to heart. This is the worst place to live in Denver. If you want roaches, non-existent maintenance, people yelling all hours of the day and night, trash everywhere, rude and fat office workers, people not caring and hitting your car, people giving you dirty looks, paying $900 a month to live in a Mexican hostel, and if you're willing to throw EVERYTHING you own away when you're done living there because of all the bugs, then by all means, sign your life away. But please, please..... pay a little bit more and go live somewhere else. People always complain about the Montbello area for being a bad place to live, but this is something on another level. This is "Villages at Gateway Ghetto". They'll show you a nice model apartment when you want to sign but you won't see your actual apartment until after all the makeshift "renovations" are complete. They paint over cracks, paint over slumped and damp ceilings. The new slum owners paid $45 million back in February to buy the property. Please don't give them the satisfaction of getting their money's worth. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will regret this until the day you die. Please spread the word. People who actually "like" living there have obviously never spent a day living comfortably. This place is HORRIBLE PLEASE don't move into this apartment complex. No hot water for 2 days the office people are rude. They don't fix anything you need them to. The parking lot is dark at night and in the morning when I leave for work. Scared I might get robbed. Bedbugs roaches. And I have been trying to call the office for 2 hours. I JUST WANT TO TAKE A SHOWER.

These are the worst apartments in the world. I would rather be homeless than live here EVER again
