Provided by SuperpagesWell to start unprofessional service Called the service Dept to make a appointment for my mothers buick was on hold for almost a half an hour so i called back was on hold for another 20 minutes to make a long story short it took 4 days to get a appointment. so my mom shows up at 130 pm on 11-20-14 to have her car serviced she bought the car there they had no appointment my mom had to wait a hour for the guy to come back from lunch the man told her he might be able to look at it in a few hours what a jerk I tried to call the GM got his voice mail left him a message never got a call back this is not the 1st car my mom has bought from them but it is the last. real unprofessional The GM jerk #2 Thank you The Padgetts i rate them -5

Provided by SuperpagesI had been looking for a new car for about a month. Needless to say, as soon as you ask for an internet quote, you get bombarded with emails and calls daily. Anyways, I eventually found my way to Shortline. Walked in. No appointment. Trevor Roginson happened to be there that day and helped me out. Test drive and everything. What was so refreshing was that Trevor wasn't trying to be "my best friend" or trying to get me in a new car THAT day. Straightforward, honest and simple. No emails the week after. Just a simple thank you call for stopping by and to see if I had any other questions. And only ONE call. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no hassle. If only there were more car sales folks like Trevor that treated potential customers like real people, instead of just another commission check. Thanks dude!

I bought a GMC truck from this dealership and the staff at this dealership made things quick and easy for me. The service was great, the salesman was not pushy, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new or used car.

Usually when its time to go to a car dealership, I have anxiety, Grand has changed that for me. They were very honest with what they can do for me, and worked with my down pymnt. The management was very helpful and did't treat me like another number. I highly encourage you to stop by if you are in the market for a new car.

If your thinking about traveling to this dealership from far away to do business...think again.
After speaking several times with a Internet Saleswoman at this dealership and allowing her to win over my trust and confidence, we drove four hours to get to this dealership to complete what I was told was "a done deal". Not only had she lied to me that we were pre-approved and would get top dollar for out two trades; she had not done anything.
We felt totalled betrayed and scammed into driving over the mountain just so they could get us there and assumed we would take whatever deal they would throw together last minute.
The lack of professionalism and knowledge of this saleswoman has left a bad taste in our mouth for car dealerships.
So if you do venture to this dealership-be very weary if someone tells you, "it's all ready to go-just sign and drive off". They are scamming you just to get you in the door and then screw you.
