Mile High Maids

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only did they do a terrible job with the cleaning, Lisa's customer service was horrible. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are unprofessional, unreliable and their "cleaning" is a joke.

I hired them to do a move-out clean on a house I was putting on the market. I specifically requested that they also clean the fridge, oven, and windows, all of which cost extra.. The first maid that came didn't do anything. It literally looked like she hadn't even been there. Not only did she not sweep, mop, clean the shower, dust, etc, she also didn't even touch the fridge, oven or windows. So I called to ask them to come back, but Lisa never returned my calls. I had to keep calling until she finally picked up and I could talk to her in person. She did send another maid the next day, and that person did a good job on the fridge and oven, but she did an absolutely terrible job on the windows and she didn't do any of the other things I specifically mentioned hadn't been done by the first maid. I called Lisa back to complain and asked her to send someone the next day to complete the services I paid for. I specifically asked her to call me back so we could discuss the services. Not only did she not send another maid to fix it, she also never called me back, despite repeated calls.

I ended up having to do the cleaning myself, which took several hours. I may as well have taken my $200 and flushed it down the toilet.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Please do not hire this company! They will take your money and not do what they promise, and then they will not return your calls when you try to get them to make it right.

Mile High Maids is the best cleaning company I have ever hired!! I have several rental properties and we have to have a move out clean done on them every time we switch tenants. For years I did it by myself because it was hard to find a cleaning company that was as thorough as I am. However, I got sick and while in the hospital three of my properties were in the process of being turned over. I got out and I was doing better, but no where good enough to clean three houses thoroughly. I had a friend, that is a real estate agent, reccommend Mile High Maids to me. I was skeptical but I had not choice but to try a cleaning service.



The lady on the phone was very sympathetic to my situation and made all the necessary arrangements to get my properties done on time. There were different people at all three properties and they ALL turned out better than I have been doing all of these years by myself. The best part was that I got to enjoy the beautiful finished picture and I did not have to do anything except make a phone call. Their prices were reasonable and they are always running some sort of special to make things more affordable for their customers.



The ladies that came to my house were all very professional, polite, and they all spoke English. Since I used them on those move outs I have set them up to come in my house on a weekly basis. They are keeping things clean that I only got to every six months. The only thing that saddens me about them is that I just found them.



Make your llife easier and give them a call!

Hired these 'maids' for a move out clean with an extra appliance clean (specified refrigerator) for a total of $150.



The scheduling was absolutely nightmarish - not only did a manager call to confirm appointment times (several different times) the actual maid herself was calling me to reschedule the ones he kept making... what? She even went to the NEW billing address and not the place I wanted clean, but apparently she lied because I sure didn't hear my doorbell ring over and over like she said and she didn't call me to see if she was at the wrong spot.



So regardless - I finally get her over the house I need cleaned - I walk through with her and explain in detail what I expect and what needs to be done. She agrees and I leave to go run errands. She was supposed to be there for 4 hours, but when I came back 2 hours later she was gone.



The place looked terrible - I could have done the job she did in 10 minutes and for FREE. Plus the fridge didn't even get opened let alone cleaned.



I called the number to complain - it ended up being the maid herself and she got so offended and tried to yell at me and tell me it was my landlords high expectations not her cleaning that was the problem.



I called the main line and the manager literally said - we heard you already spoke with the maid and she can come reclean. By this time the apartment was no longer in my hands so I couldn't arrange that so I said I wanted a refund. I even took pictures from when I first saw the 'cleaned' apartment and tried to call back several times, but they ended up screening my cell number, home number, work number and emails. $150 for a wipe down and crap vacuum job is despicable.



Oh not to mention that because of this I ended up getting nothing back from my security deposit because my landlord had to hire ANOTHER cleaning company to clean at the last minute for a ridiculous 'rush-fee' price. Therefore I lost $150 to mile high maids and another $800+ from my security deposit because I used these unprofessional, rude, and mean maids.



TERRIBLE!!
