Meer and Co.

Meer & Co were great to rent from. Bill Martin in particular was friendly and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how they were able to help us out. We joined the Peace Corps and did not know when we would be leaving, and they talked to the owner and got us extended on a month to month basis for up to 3 months (we only needed 1) at the same rental rate. I would recommend this rental company to anyone looking for a property to rent in locations where they rent property.

Terrible company! They don't even deserve one star. Completely unreliable and rude, rude, rude service. Charge you up the wall for tenant change when signing a completely new lease at the END of your previous lease. Understandable if there was only an application fee, or if it was a tenant change in the middle of a lease, but not when signing a new lease! If I could I would move asap, but whenever that day comes, I will never rent from this company again!
