Lowery Law Offices

I was contacted about 5 weeks ago from this office regarding a debt. When I was told the amount was almost $350 to pay off in full I was shocked. I had just paid $250 to the bank themselves. Somewhere between my account being closed with the bank and transferred to this law office my money didn't transfer over. After speaking with the bank they verified my payments were received and the amount owed was only under $100. I called the law office back, sent over my my debit account statements showing the payments, even had the bank tell me to tell them to give the bank a call and verify that amount is under $100, I havent heard anything from the law office. This is affecting my credit and it seems they are sitting on my account. I just spoke with the rep from the law office today and he said no one has gotten back to him regarding my debit statements. It has been almost a month and no one can take 10 mins out of their day to review the payments I have made. Granted it is my fault I am in this situation which is what the rep made sure of the first time I called. Telling me "well if you would have made your payments on time then I wouldn't have to call u!" I am appalled at the u professionalism of this company, I am constantly given attitude every time I call. I would honestly rather pay the $350, even though that amount is incorrect and I am taking loss on my part, in order to never speak with this law firm again. Everytime I call the rep has the nerve to tell me "$350 due, how would u like to pay?". I constantly have to tell him, "we have spoken 4 times, that is not my balance, and u have not reached out to me to update me on a status of my true balance with my debit statements"

Of course every time he tells me "oh I have someone working on it, I'm going out to lunch for an hour and when I get back I will give u a call". It's been 3 weeks since I have given my statements and no one has called me once.

I honestly hope you never have to deal with this company regarding debt, they are unorganized, unprofessional, and flat out rude. I have seen so many bad reviews on this company and they are all true. I would have given 0 stars out
