Run. You think signing up for auto - deductions to pay rent will be a convenience? Nope. Somehow, they try and squeeze more out of you. Management is lousy. People are disgusting. They act like they are Sooo selective during the move in process with the background check etc. Whatever element they were trying to keep out obviously wasn't the right one. Maintenance is questionable at best. Oh, best part. The month to month rent on a 1 bedroom is close to 1 a month. You can't be serious?!?! LOL what a joke!

Even after I visited on Saturday and called three times to verify that I wanted an apartment that was available the 7th of August, when I showed up today with the security deposit, processing fees, and first three months of rent I was told that the apartment had already been taken by someone else who had filled out an online application on Sunday. Again, even after I had asked them to reserve it for me they gave the apartment to someone else the day after I requested they hold it for me. I would have filled out the application online myself but when I visited on Saturday I wasn't told this was an option. I was told to come back on Monday, when the manager would be in, to sign my lease. So I won't be living here and frankly after see the last review I'm glad.

Avoid at all costs!! Horrible management, uncaring, patronizing. Property is under construction, displacing residents, making walking from car to unit impossible. New cement laid that blocks my entryway, and management thinks it is ok to make a 52 yr old woman walk on snow and mud on a steep incline to get to her unit. Once I get there, the stairs are covered in ice due to drain spouts that empty on to walkways. Entire property is dangerous. Recent theft of car from parking lot (we pay extra for security patrols that are never seen), shaddy residents, large dangerous dogs, dog poop all over property. Unit size is overestimated by nearly 100 sq feet, picture on site are taken with wide angle lens. Everything they say is a lie.
