Although my flight landed 45 minutes early and i expected to wait for my ride, but they were on the top of everything and knew that i would be early and the driver was right there for me, i am glad i used their service.

I would not recommend this shuttle service. There is little to no communication from the company. They arrived late and did not call to inform me that this would be the case. Also, I was charged the incorrect amount and had to contact the company several times to get the charge adjusted. When I was able to actually speak to them on the phone, the phone representative was rude and refused to accept that they were in the wrong. More importantly, the ride was not comfortable and rather bumpy. The van was not suitable for a ride to mountains. If you are looking for a ride to mountains, please spend a little more money for a safer and more reliable service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Booked a reservation on line and was then sent an email requesting additional payment (beyond the stated price). Called to cancel the reservation (because it was now drastically more expensive than other options, they were rude and argued but said they cancelled it and it would be back on my card in 1-2 days. 5 days late the refund is still not there, called to remedy the situation and was hung up on. THIS IS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

Do not use this service...they will tell you to turn your phone on after you land and they will call you to tell you where they will pick you up. They don't call! When you call them they are difficult to understand, rude and will hang up on you if you are even slightly agitated (which I was because I called and confirmed before my flight left it's destination to confirm) they put you on hold or hang up on you. When you call back they don't shut up long enough for you to ask questions and refuse to listen...furthermore, after waiting over 30 minutes the driver called and said he was 10 minutes from the airport. When I asked exactly where he was, he was actually another 20-30 minutes from the airport. I had to call my son to pick me up and I will be refusing the charge (which had to be made via credit card in advance...now I know why!). Save yourself frustration and find another more reliable shuttle...these guts are very unprofessional and don't deliver what you pay up front for. They actually don't deserve one star.

I was happy to find out they have internet connection and 110 volt plug for my Laptob in their van and driver kept it under speed limit at all the time he was supper friendly

We travel to Denver a lot for business and every time we come here we end up pay much more that we pay for our plain ticket. I have to say we booked couple of times with Discount Shuttle and save a lot. I will really recommend them for your traveling needs.

I have been using this service over 6 months for my company and i like everything about their service, clean cars, good drivers and best of all is direct rides with no other passengers or no other stops.

Made a reservation, pre-paid as required, Discount Shuttle confirmed the reservation and then didn't show. I was picking up 5 international passengers who had to clear customs and we contacted Discount within 15 minutes of reservation (early) and I was scolded because they were waiting for us, that the driver would call me in 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting, a driver from another shuttle servicetold us he would take us because Discount was unavailable. Will never attempt to use this service again.

what i like about this company is their customer service and being right on time.
