This company illegally towed my car at my
Apartment complex claiming my disability placard was not displayed which is false. I believe The towing company intentionally towed my vehicle by removing my disability placard to make money. The staff was very disrespectful upon contact. They disconnected the call when I kindly Requested to speak to a manager and refused to give me names of anyone who worked there to even try to talk to someone. I brought law enforcement and they refused to communicate with me or law enforcement which tells me they have problems with the law. Law enforcement officers told me the company is known for shady business dealings. I would Recommend a company that has a better record with the Better Business bureau since this one does not.

This company towed my car and caused a lot of damage to my rear bumper. I took pictures and confronted this company and they are telling me that they have pictures of the damage already being there but refused to show me the so called pictures. This company should be exposed for the frauds they are. Everyone I encountered at this company is rude & disrespectful. I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I will be telling everyone I know including on social media how this company operates! Beware if your car has been towed by this company! They WILL destroy your property.

This company was specifically told by the manager of the property my car was parked on to NOT tow my car. They did it anyways. They released my car for free but didn’t even offer to pay for the transportation required for me to get to work/pick up the car. They essentially stole my car, and offered no explanation on their unprofessional behavior. Bad business.

We had our car towed due to no parking zone, Colorado Auto Recovery tow driver messed up our car, AWD system towed on two wheels could result in damage to the coupling, as well as the transmission and various other drive components...Colorado Auto Recovery Owner (Carlos Carrasco) took full responsibility of the possible damages to our vehicle and told my husband he would take our vehicle to the dealership. The owner of tow company stated they will have all damages repaired and we would not be charged for anything. My husband left with the impression that dealership meant the car would go to a dealership that specialized in our vehicles Make & Model (Lincoln MKZ). Our vehicle is at an independent mechanic shop (Alex shop is the company name and per google reviews this place is not a very good/trustworthy auto shop) our car has been there for the last 3 days (today's date 5/18/2018). Per my conversation with Carlos yesterday afternoon (5/17/18) around 4:30 pm we should of had our car back the evening of 5/17/18, he took our address and said the mechanics where finishing up and Colorado Auto Recovery would tow it to our house later in the evening. But it is now going to be 1:20 am (5/18/2018) without any updates from Colorado Auto Recovery or the independent mechanic shop. My review is a TO BE CONTINUED situation, because for now I am not sure how I feel about everything... The way it got towed, the rush the driver did to get it loaded and out of the area leaves me with the feeling that it was all for money. The owner taking responsibility makes me feel appreciative, but the fact that my husband was mislead on who would be working on our vehicle leaves me with a disappointed rating along with a feeling of uncertainty. So for now I give 1 star on everything since communication with CO Auto Recovery has been so vaige and minimal. This all happened on the evening of May 15th, and the owner Carlos has yet to contact us through out the entire situation. All communication has been us reaching out to him... FRUSTRATING.

Money grab company in a big city. This outfit claims they tagged my car for towing from the Cliffs apartment complex that I live in. Sure they had pictures, but I never saw the notice. Not to mention that they tagged the car on 12/126 knowing that many people are gone for the holidays and will never see the tags. I Seriously think that they took the picture and then pulled off the tag just to say notice was given. The car was supposed to be towed 3 days later but couldn't because I had left town with the car. So they show up 6 weeks later and towed the car with no notice. Absolute thieves. Then the Apartment company defends the towing company. Pretty sure the apartment company and or manager gets a kick back from the outrageous $360.00 fee. So much for a world of good people. Not in the big city of Denver.

I watched one of there drivers act very unprofessional, he smashed the trucks tow package on the ttruck he was towing then try and fight the owner and all the on lookers getting in the face of women and throwing bars and pipes around wouldn't recommend this company or use it because of this

Their customer service was horrible they damaged my car anddenied it would not show me the pictures that they took
