Avoid this place at all costs. Spent thousands of dollars purchasing new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Complete lack of care for the customer, they are quick to make promises of delivery dates and call-backs but never follow through.

Their last promised delivery of Friday came and went, they say delivery will be made next week, but I am not holding my breath.

Every time we call them, they say they are "doing everything" they can to help us out, then don't call us back when they say they will.

I would have gladly spent hundreds of dollars more somewhere else to avoid this disaster.

Great experience! The store on Zuni match a price that we found at another store on a range, gave us a 10% discount on a dishwasher! Doesn't everyone like a deal and awesome customer service? I didn't give 5 stars because I haven't seen the delivery yet. Thanks guys!

Wish my hubby would have checked out the reviews before buying from these guys. I might just say "ditto" to all the other reviews.. Terrible customer service! Must be run by politicians--all promises and no actions, if you can get anyone to even take your call. Would never recommend them and will never shop there again.

STAY AWAY!!!! I have been in business for over 30 years and this is one of the worst business I have ever worked with.

When order was placed (And they charged the credit card in full) we were told Appliances were in stock and could be picked up next day -Oops not on the truck for some reason but for sure we could get them the next week -oops not on truck again then for sure we'd get them 3 weeks later - Tried to cancel order at that point but promised by Pam 3/332-9503 credit of $300 to wait for Feb 26th delivery date. Finally got the balance of the order on March 10th (5 weeks after credit card was charged) and started asking where the refund was Pam said don't worry your going to get it for sure - Then Store Manager quit and waited another 2 weeks until they got a new manager Pam said she was still confident that I would get back the $300 but had to wait for new manager was hired- . New manager said Pam didn't remember anything about the promised refund and the best they could do was $150 refund and I should feel lucky to get that -

Wasted a bunch of time - BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE - EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE - IT WILL BE WORTH IT - CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

I PURCHASED AN ENTIRE KITCHEN SUITE OF APPLIANCES, AS WELL AS A WASHER & DRYER FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET FOR THE NEW HOUSE WE WERE BUILDING. I WAS TOLD BY SEAN, MY SALES REP, WHEN I PURCHASED THE APPLIANCES THAT THEY SERVICED ALL OF THE APPLIANCES THEY SOLD. AFTER MOVING IN THE NEW APPLIANCES TO THE NEW HOUSE, WE DISCOVERED THE ICE MAKER WAS NOT WORKING, NOR WAS ONE OF THE BURNERS ON THE NEW RANGE. I CALLED APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH, 2014, AND ASKED FOR SEAN, THE SALES REP WHO I WAS SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH. I WAS TOLD HE WAS OFF AND WOULD BE "IN TOMORROW". I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH, AND ASKED FOR SEAN, ONLY TO BE TOLD HE WAS OFF. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I ASKED TO HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME, AND MY CONTACT INFORMATION WAS TAKEN. THREE DAYS LATER, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER. I CALLED APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET AGAIN THIS MORNING, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH, 2014, AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD HE WAS "OUT FOR A WHILE". I TOLD DAVID COOK (I BELIEVE THAT IS HIS NAME), THAT I HAD LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER 3 DAYS PRIOR AND HAD NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE, TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THAT THEY MAY HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE IN DENVER, HE ADMITTED THEY DID, BUT WAS TOLD, "YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE LINE". I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER. IN THE INTERIM, I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE "PRESIDENT'S HOTLINE". I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE "PRESIDENT'S HOTLINE", NOR HAVE I HEARD FROM THE MANAGER OF THE COLORADO SPRINGS APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET, FOUR DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE!!!

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET IN COLORADO SPRINGS, OR ANY APPLIANCE OUTLET FOR THAT MATTER. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE????????

I purchased refrigerator, gas stove, washer/dryer & dishwasher from here several years ago. The dryer had an obvious gas leak, the stove was not new as someone had converted it to propane. The store denied all this & became impossible to work with. The refrigerator needed a part they said they had order, but guess what, I had to order it myself. If I could give this place a score less than one star I would. M J Kerby

Nothing but trouble after a 6/16 purchase of a fridge and stove. Never told of the extra charge for taking fridge doors off at delivery, or of the extended warranty, or of the 25%restocking fee if we were not satisfied. Manager of LIttleton Store has been a help in refunding the extra charge plus some. Now, the ice maker does not work! Brand new fridge, no ice because the motor does not turn the auger to dispense ice. Manager at store gave service number, no call back. Wish we would have read reviews because this is a common problem. Will be going further with complaints if ice maker is not scheduled to be fixed by tomorrow. Would not recommend this company to my enemy. Corporate tried to pass the buck to the manufacturer, when the complaint sent to them was mostly about sales person, and was told "looks like" the ice maker is not working but wouldn't know until after work. REALLY????? This is a brand new appliance. If you do not want to be the face that deals with complaints, why are you in business? When manager was told of reviews and the problems discovered there, and his response was people just say stuff and it's not always true. Well, this is 100% true and I believe every review I have read about this low class company.

Check out what an what an ex-employ says about these folks.

On April 12 at 4:30 PM We went in to the Appliance Factory store located at 2816 Colorado Blvd. I called first and talk to Laurel. I explained to her how unhappy I was with the service I was getting from one store and handed her a excellent chance to sell me a microwave, refrigerator, range and dishwasher. I talked and E-mailed her and other employees for two days. She assured me that she could meet or beat the price I had. She also said the appliance would be in stock. I even sent her the other stores prices. I went in expecting to pay my $2500.and wrap up the deal with no issues. What an easy sale for her. I was worried right away. The store is a mess and had a sleazy feel about it. I could tell right away Laurel was lying the whole time to get me in her nasty store. She never did any research She said one of the appliance she promised me was sold. We both knew she was lying. She knew I knew. When some people lie it can be so obvious So then she gets on Home Depots web site and start shopping for me. They use a giant 1980's monitor that is horrible to look at. She then fumbled around like and idiot for a while hoping I would leave in frustration witch I did. She said she would E-mail the information. Once again we both knew she was lying. We both knew that she would not send it. She didn't. Seams like everything that came out of Laurels mouth was a lie. All this to save a dollar or two? Since she liked Home Depot, we went to the Arvada location and bought our appliances there. The salesman told me that he hears shady dealing from these people all of the time. Home Depots' prices were the same as Laurels. Let me tell you this-If I had to return something or had a problem, I damm sure would rather deal with Home Depot that these liers If I would of stopped to look at Angie's list I would of seen the three reviews with the three "F"s. (Now 4 "F"s) and never of went there. Appliance Factory on Colorado Blvd Sucks! Ron Beall

I just bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator for $2,649.00. It was defective upon delivery - the ice/water does not work. After waiting for 1 week for a repair appointment, then another week for the "magical part" to be delivered and installed...ice and water still do not work. Appliance Factory Outlet does not care and continues to tell me this is between me and the manufacturer. 2 days after it was delivered I demanded a replacement or a refund...no dice. The manager is some young kid who hangs up on customers when they are upset (not out of line, no foul language, etc.). I feel like my hands are tied. KitchenAid is no help either - they will "attempt another repair". Well the next repair makes three and then we will have to fight them with the lemon law provisions. In total I have wasted 12 hours on the phone with AFW and KitchenAid as well as the repair company. I have missed a total of 4 hours of work and have had to pay for ice/water this whole time (trust me...you never know how much you really use until you have to buy it). In short...go to a reputable appliance dealer who cares about the satisfaction of their customers and will go to bat with the manufacturer when a defective product is delivered. Also: Nate, the manager at the Centennial, CO location is an unprofessional moron and incapable of handling customer complaints.
