Sonic Drive-In

I got home to realize everything was cold cheese on burgers were not even melted and my babies chicken fingers were so stale they couldn't bite them. And every single time I tried to call and make a complaint they would answer and hang up on me. Worst sonic ever. Bad service. Bad food. For the high prices it's not worth it.

On my way passing through and stopped to order a 6 count of mozzarella chz sticks for my kids. Came to the window to pay and got my order. Before I left I made sure to check for marinara. Turns out they ran out 20 minutes before we arrived. I asked him why he didn't let us know that they were out and the idiot gave me this response. " Well I didn't want to discourage u and upset u with ur order" So instead he felt like not telling me would make it better. Come on DeerPark, I thought u guys were supposed to be lots smarter than that. Smh!!! IDIOTS!!!

Waited over 25 minutes for two hamburgers and cheese coney. Got cold cheeseburgers that I didn't Order. Cold cheese coney. Shorted me $1 but I called and she brought it out to me. Will never go there again. Fairmont location is much better.

I was ordering a hamburger with bacon and no tomatoes after wating for 10 to 20 minutes I got my burger and no bacon but tomatoes were on their. They forgot the bacon.

I have just about given up on this sonic because of quality of the food and the service I've received from here most of the time its young people working that have not sense of speed the food I just don't know if the cooks just don't care or what. I went in the other day and the food was nasty the burgers was dried out cheese not even melted fries was cold look like they had been sitting there for hours I called and spoke with associate manager Rhonda she apologized and said she would replace the order the car hop was name Myra and she was so sweet and nice it felt good to go there and to be treated like I mattered to them thank you so much Rhonda and Myra keep up the great job.

Well when i went the previous nite they messed up my order bad, we calld they told us to come back and theyd fix it... And the lady named rhonda took great care of us made everything herself, tasted amazing!! And she made my usual drink taste soooo great, and i didnt kno it could get better... I recomend rhonda to make anyones food there!!!

WAS HALF WAY THRU FINISHING MY FRIES AND SAW A FRIED FLY STUCK TO A FRY! WENT TO SONIC WITH THE FRIES AND THE MANAGER SAW IT AND SAID "OH U WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?" AND ANOTHER LADY SAID "OH U WANT ANOTHER LARGE FRIES?" NEVER AGAIN!
